Eye Glam

Start with an eye primer formulated for shadow and liner longevity. Set it with a translucent powder before applying any shadow. Use a setting spray over the finished look and press (not swipe) eyeshadow onto skin. Waterproof formulas for liner and mascara significantly extend wear through movement, warmth, and humidity.

For hooded eyes, apply shadow slightly above where the crease actually falls so it remains visible with eyes open. Thin, precise liner along the upper lash line creates definition without closing the eye. Lengthening mascara applied to upper and lower lashes opens the eye more effectively than heavy shadow stacking.

Measure and trim the lash band to fit your eye before applying. Allow the glue to become tacky (about 30 seconds) before placing the band as close to the natural lash line as possible. Press the center, then the inner and outer corners. Finish by pressing your natural and false lashes together with a lash curler.

A dedicated micellar water or oil-based eye makeup remover soaked on a cotton pad and held over the eye for 20 to 30 seconds dissolves waterproof formulas without requiring rubbing. Never pull or tug at the delicate skin around the eye. Rinse thoroughly after removal to avoid residue on lashes or skin.
