Refund Policy

At Nevorea, we stand behind every product we carry. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@nevorea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different item. Contact us at contact@nevorea.com and we'll sort it out.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
Items returned without prior authorization

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@nevorea.com with a photo of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
